When running a sales report in my PP Business Account for 2020 to date, my total sales for goods and services includes all my friends and family transactions also for the whole year. Does PayPal separate it out at the end of the year or am I going to have to report and pay taxes on the total amount including F&F?! There is no other way to see it broken out. Even individual transactions I know were sent F&F are showing as "payment received" same subheading as actual sales for G&S's. I'm so confused!

I'm having the same problem. The Sales Insight report is including all of my F&F transactions as part of the "Number of Transactions." I also notice below the heading it lists "all payment methods" so hopefully that means it acknowledges that it is just a F&F transaction and not a 1099-K eligible transaction.
Also something to note for people, the Year to Date report is as of the beginning of the month only. It is not updated up through the current date. It looks like Paypal does not properly provide a report that distinguishes between "Goods and Payments" versus "Friends and Family" transactions. Can somebody show how to run a more user friendly report to distinguish the two categories instead of the Activity Download CSV report that requires you to manually filter out the columns/fields?
