Where to download my activity report?

My request an activity report. A few minutes a received an email "Activity report available for download." I click the download link and it takes me to my dashboard. What do I do next to download my activity report?

Me too! I need my activities from 2021 in order to do taxes.

Clicking in the email I receive only brings me to my Account homepage.

Where is my Activities report??

Thank you for your posts and welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that the link in the email is not bringing you to the activity log dashboard. Please try clearing the cookies and cache in your browser and restart it, then try the link again. If it happens again, please try logging in to your PayPal account in the browser first, and then click the link.

I hope this resolves the issue. If it does not, please contact customer service for further troubleshooting. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.

Um... thanks but that's not the answer.

I randomly found where PayPal Activity reports are located. Here:

All Custom statements that you have requested from PayPal in the past are here:

https://business.paypal.com/merchantdata/reportHome

Wish that you'd provided this earlier AND had a Knowledge Base article so we didn't have to figure out the answer ourselves...
