We have a shopify store that shows overseas customers their local currency and allows them to buy in their local currency using PayPal.
We use Xero accounting software
We also have a PayPal working capital loan.
When we get an overseas customer payment e.g. USD or GBP (we are AUD) how is the most effective and efficient way to manage the reconciliation correctly so that we can account for the two paypal feeds in Xero e.g. USD and AUD and the fees for PayPal transaction and the Loan repayment?
