Can't download Quicken credit card transactions since Paypal site upgrade in Sept 2022

Paypal eliminated the download transactions button when the site was upgraded about ten days ago.   I used to be able to download credit card transactions into quicken by choosing something like transactions since statement date.    Can it be done after the update somehow?

I went through the  process of asking for a CSV file of a specific date range. They  sent me an email saying that I  could download the CSV 'here'.

When  I click on that it just sends  me too PayPal.

Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community to post your questions, and welcome to all that are new! I'm sorry to hear you're still having difficulty with Quicken and Paypal Reports. 

@GatorF5, I understand when you're trying to download CSV file, the confirmation email is not redirecting you back to the Reporting Portal. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. First, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies. If that still doesn't redirect you, you download the report by going to the Reporting Portal where you first created it. I've also included a hyperlink that should take you there quickly. 

I've also found through investigation that you can file a ticket with our Merchant Technical Support team for further assistance with Quicken Reports. Your login information on the Merchant Technical Support Help Center may be different from your regular PayPal login information. If you don't recognize the Support website, you will most likely need to create an account.

I'm looking for the transactions on the pay pal credit card only.   I used to be able to download them to quicken.  Your response on how to do this will be appreciated by many.  Thank you.

Thanks for the information. However, that page supports QIF format which is no more used by Quicken. I need to download the data in QFX format. But I have not been able to find such option. Can Paypal fix this issue as soon as possible?

I use paypal for personal use and I have approx 10 years worth of transactions in Quicken.  All transactions were auto downloaded when I log into QUicken.  May 7, 2023 was the last time that transactions auto downloaded, so I have months of transactions missing.  I did not notice because small transactions auto go to my Amex card via paypal.   I see no obvious way to download transactions in Paypal to import manually into quicken, and I've been searching the help database for 2 days to no avail.  I ALSO have a problem in that I am no longer getting ANY statements - email, digital, or snail mail (which I prefer). I accidentally discovered this when I remembered that I had a large transaction that I had never paid for. I logged onto paypal and saw that it was due the next day!  A month later and still no statements of any kind and no obvious way to ask for paper or digitial that I can find.
