Combined shipping one item is missing

Hello. I need some advice please. I buy some items from abroad via proxy. I usually combine a few items in one parcel. This time one item was missing. The weight of the parcel was equal to the weight stated on the label and out of 3 declared items 2 were inside. Couldn't resolve with proxy so initiated a dispute as item not received.Provided all info along with some pictures of the label and the parcel content on a scale.Afte that he proxy provided tracking info into dispute and send me private email in which they admitted the item lost during consolidation on theirs warehouse and offered full refund for missing item but on the condition I cancel the dispute. If I cancel and they won't refund would be I able to reopen the dispute? Did I choose the right reason for the dispute or shall I change the reason to item not as expected and if so to which subreason as I couldn't find anything suitable for my case? If I change the reason will all my explanation and uploaded files be saved? My very first dispute, would be enormously greatful for the help.
