Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate not generated automatically this month.

I need FIRCs  (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate) for all foreign inward remittances into my Paypal account. I know these are generated on the 15th of each month, but for this month of March, I don't see any FIRCs being generated in my Paypal reports section. How do I go about getting the FIRC document for my foreign inward remittances?
