How do I pull a report for all payments to a single person in one year (for tax purposes)?

I need a simple report showing all payments to a single person in a given year, for tax purposes (this is a tax write-off for my business.) All the articles I have found indicate that I should be able to go to Activity and click on the download icon, which will take me to a place where I can customize the report. However, these seem to be old instructions. When I click on the download icon I'm taken to the Tax Documents area. I can download a tax statement (not what I need). Under Statements I have the option of All Transactions (not what I need) or Custom. When I click on Custom, my only option is to select the Transaction Type, Date Range, and Format. There is no way to filter out to a single person.

I realize I could do All Transactions and download a CSV then filter out just that person using Excel - but I need something official that will count for the IRS as proof of payment (like a pdf report with the Paypal logo).  A spreadsheet (that I could fabricate myself) showing payments hardly counts as a receipt. Does Paypal really no longer have an option to customize a report based on the person/entity you paid? Or am I just not finding it?

Wow, if you haven't heard from anyone by now then I'm scared to even bother posting on this platform. Yikes!
