How do you see old transactions, I need to go back to 2015

How do I see old transactions going back as far as 2015. I need receipts, proof to a certain company of payments sent to them. It won’t show me all my old transactions, I’m using mobile, thank you

I have tried this but there is a five year limit on the dates you can enter, even though it states that transactions up to seven years old can be downloaded.
