I have not got statements available in my activity as an option as you can see below. Universal credit have given me a deadline of 14 to attach a full statement report from paypal including my balance otherwise my payments will be stopped, and I will be left without any money whatsoever as I am reliant on them.
I contacted paypal to send me a statement urgently, and the only solution they have is to keep asking me to try run a statement report and can't grasp that it is not an option for me. The lady I spoke with "guaranteed" that a data request will include my statements but will take 30 days which doesn't help me whatsoever. I don't understand how sending me a statement for 4 months needs to be bundled in with a data request.
Can anyone please urgently help? What options do I have available? Surely getting a statement should be a legal right.

Hello @nevzat666,
Thanks for stopping by the PayPal Community Forum. Welcome!
I'm sorry to hear you're unable to download statements. The statement you're looking for should appear on the page before the one you're reviewing in the screenshot. Hopefully, this link will take you directly there. If not, here are the steps I took to find it:
1. Select Activity at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Download Button to the right of the Search Bar.
3. Pick All Transactions under the Statements header on the far left.
4. Select the Download Button next to each statement you'd like to create.
I hope these steps help! If not, please reach back out to Customer Support. A ticket to our technical support teams may need to be filed if the option isn't showing properly.

Thanks Meghan. I have tried contacting paypal multiple times and they are unable to help as they keep saying to clear my casche or my browser, i have tried several browsers, from different computers, and the actual PDF i have downloaded does NOT show a running balance when customer support are saying it does. It's so frustrating. When clicking your link i see only a spinning blue circle. Nothing is there.
I am literally going to be blocked from getting universal credit unless I have this available. I am so worried, and paypal are actively denying me a legal right in obtaining my statement.
Can you please suggest what I do now?

And just to add, there is no statements option available. Only all transactions and running balance, NEITHER Of which show my balance. They just shows payments in or out in the period.
This is both via PDF and CSV. The fields are just not being produced, nor is the option for a statement in my account, nor is the link with the statements page working. There is clearly something wrong with my account, but I keep getting dismissed by support.
Are you able to escalate this on my behalf to the technical support team please? I am not computer illiterate, I have tried Edge/Chrome/Brave and then also used a different device entirely. This is not a cache issue. And cache would not affect downloaded PDFS.

Hi @nevzat666,
Thanks for reaching back out!
I understand you're still unable to access your statements section, and I'm sorry to hear of the stress it's causing you. I apologize, but to escalate this further, you would need to work with Customer Support; we are unable to offer account-specific assistance through the Community Forum. In addition to the options listed under the 'Contact' page on the website, you can also find Customer Support on X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram. Our Merchant Technical Support might be an alternative as well.
I regret that I was unable to assist you further, but I hope that this is resolved soon.

Nearly a year later and PayPal still not fixed this problem. Customer services initially told me they don’t do statements showing address etc. Now I’m waiting whilst they investigate why my wife can get a statement and I can’t.
