I use Quicken. I have a PayPal savings account. Now I cannot seem to resolve this issue. I have seen this question asked in various forms and I guess Paypal has an issue with understanding what the exact problem is. I understand that Synchrony manages the account. I want the Savings treated separately. I do not want the balance to offset any payments made and as I have it set up thru another bank account to deduct from. I want to accumulate all interest paid on my Paypal savings account so that it will compound monthly. I cannot get this to work nor can I pull up my Synchrony Savings account. I need to get this to work. I have decided to move my savings account to another bank even Synchrony if I can not get this resolved. Even though you break out a separate statement the only option i have is to keep up with it manually. I await your response and I will give it sometime. If I do not hear anything I will continue with the process of moving the account. Thank-you. One final thought is you might want to work with Synchrony as I have other accounts similar that work fine. In theory two heads are better than one also
