There is no option to download monthly statements. How do I download when the option doesn't appear.

I have followed the instructions on the help page but my account only gives me the option to do "activity download" and "tax documents".
When my partner logs in to their PayPal the exact same page has options to download monthly statements and much more.
I have browsed the forum and can see this has been an issue going back many years with no solution ever being mentioned. The workarounds at the time are no longer working as the site has been updated.
Does anyone know how I can download my monthly statements?

I understand the option to download your monthly statements is not showing, and I'm sorry to hear that. Here is a direct link to the statements page; I hope this will take you there. It should appear under the Tax area when you first visit your Statements and Taxes section. If the link does not work, please reach out to Customer Support. A ticket may need to be filed with our technical support teams to have it investigated as to why they're not showing for you.

I do understand that you are unable to download monthly statements. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

Hi, I also have this same issue. I need to access statements with a start and end balance, required for documents to send to UC. My partner was able to get this but I have no options.
