There is no option to download monthly statements. How do I download when the option doesn't appear.

I have followed the instructions on the help page but my account only gives me the option to do "activity download" and "tax documents".
When my partner logs in to their PayPal the exact same page has options to download monthly statements and much more.
I have browsed the forum and can see this has been an issue going back many years with no solution ever being mentioned. The workarounds at the time are no longer working as the site has been updated.
Does anyone know how I can download my monthly statements?

Same issue as everyone else requesting statements for the UC/DWP .. I have been requested to send to the Universal Credit team the last 4 months of statements of my paypal account. even though i've also told them i havent used my paypal account for over a year. i just checked when last bought something via ebay and paid via paypal.. sept 2022. then only reason i got a paypal account in the first place ebay.. I have been given a date of Dec 01 to send this information to them or it "may affect my benefit claim" as in I might be sanctioned and have my benefits stopped.
I've tried all, been told the activity is not good enough they want statements.. for the past 4 months.
even though i did the activity and 6months which basically gave me the following..
May to Nov.. my name and my email address and the rest of the pdf was BLANK.
no May 01 2024 balance £0.00 to Nov 22 balance £0.00.. etc.
And when i tell them i cant give them the information.. its MY FAULT for not being able to use the website correctly even though i've taken a screenshot of what i see on my screen. including the drop down window with the 3 options. and none of those are acceptable it must be STATEMENTS..
Best option is when asked if you have a paypal account is to say NO. and LIE.

I am having the same problem. I have asked for the information twice and have received the same "transaction history" document twice - even after asking specifically for the monthly statements.
The latest response i got was this:
"I totally understand you want this information, name; however, we can only provide you transaction which is in and out from your account. If you want statement showing the opening nad closing balance, I believe it was on your bank or card issuer. Because we can only process the transaction history or activities on your PayPal account. Feel free to reply whenever you're ready and we'll reply as soon as we can."
I have responded by asking them to give me the option of downloading the statements myself - all it needs is for someone to put this on to my account and I can do it myself.
Why is that so hard?????????
I have taken screenshots for DWP/UC to show the difficulties I am having but time is running out now.

yesterday was sent another request after already telling him Tyus, that i dont have access to the statement..
was given until 6 Dec.. he also gave me the statement link aka on page 1 which NO LONGER WORKS due to paypal updating whatever it was that STOPPED it from working.
so 4 times so far.. expecting a phone call in the next 2 days.. Irony I havent used paypal since sept 2022

Dear PayPal Support Team,
I have been experiencing an issue with setting up monthly payments. Whenever I select the option for monthly payments or a deferred payment plan (e.g., paying after one month), my selections are automatically canceled, and I am informed that this service cannot be provided to me.
I have been a PayPal user for two years and have made numerous successful payments through your platform. However, I have never been able to use the monthly payment feature.
Is there any way I can further verify myself or provide additional information to qualify for this service? Please let me know what steps I can take to resolve this issue.

I do understand that you have issue with setting up your monthly payments. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
