Why a 1099K when I didn't sell anything?

There are two transactions on my account where I cashed out rebates from Ibotta. Nothing was sold. I don't see where a 1099K should have been issued for that. On top of it all, I had already e-filed my taxes the day before I got the notification of a 1099. This pretty much means I'll not ever be using PayPal for anything again.
