need financial statement for 2018

i recently had to recover my account from steam they asked for payment details of a transaction on AUGUST 15 2018

i tried using activity/statements but this does not go back to 2018

You can download a report of all your transaction activity for up to the past 7 years into PDF, Quicken, QuickBooks, or as a CSV or TAB file.

Here is how to create and download an activity report from your computer:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Click Statements on the right of the page, then click Custom.
3. Select the transaction type, date range and file format.
4. Click Create Report.
5. When the report is ready, click Download.

To view your running balance, select "Balance affecting" under "Transaction type." Your running account balance is shown in the "Balance" column.

You can also download your monthly statement. This statement summarizes, for each currency held by the account, total debits, and credits as well as the beginning and ending balance for the specified month.

Here's how to download your monthly statement:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Click Statements on the right of the page, then click Standard.
3. Under a specific year, select the monthly statement you're looking to download.
4. Click Download.

paypal informed me that there were no paypal transactions in august 2018 so maybe i paid with another form of payment
