Multiple locations to same email address result in one client only.

I have a client that owns multiple apartment complexes. They all share ove one email address. Every time I try and add a new address it just overwrites the last address using the ap@companyname. Put another way; If multiple clients share an email address, or in this case, a client requests invoices contain the property that is being serviced, Paypal re-writes the previous entry for that email address instead of saving it as a new client. It's 2024, I get that we haven't got flying cars, but can we at least get multi-location client billing instead of sorting all client records in the database by the email address??
