Billing agreement id changes format

Hello, 

We are currently migrating paypal billing agreements to a new shop system and have noted that the billing agreement IDs in subscriptions are not always the usual B-numbers (i.e. strings that have the Format "B-0123456789123", instead they are shorter alphanumeric strings. 

Can we still use these as the billing agreement Id when migrating, or is this a topic we need to address first ?
