Blank page in my Apps and Credentials section of Developer Dashboard

When I want to enter Apps and Credentials in Developer Dashboard, I get a blank page with this error from the console:

"Error: Could not find likelySubtags for en-US".

 

I've tested with both Chrome and Firefox, it was working fine till yesterday, is it a problem from PayPal side?
