Email confirmation

I'm unable to confirm my email. I even tried adding a second email address and that is not working at all. Can please help with the confirmation. Merchant ID: GLFN4CT6QSR4J

@kernowlass Thanks for your response. I'm not receiving the cofirmation email on my sandbox account.

When you create your developer account, PayPal does a verification check by sending an email to the address you specified. Enable your account by responding to PayPal's email. If you don't receive the verification email within a few minutes after signing up, check to see that it hasn't been blocked or diverted to a spam folder.

Once your account is enabled, access the sandbox functionality by logging in to the PayPal Developer website using your developer account credentials.

My account is enabled. I did not receive any verification email. My primary account is unconfirmed as per screenshot below.

Hello @blessingl 

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community. It looks like your sandbox account is currently closed, so I cannot confirm the email for you.

All Sandbox email notifications are sent to the Developer Dashboard, if the sandbox account is associated.

Here is how you can add a sandbox account to your developer dashboard, so you can receive the email notifications.

You can create a new sandbox account by clicking Create account, the sandbox account will automatically have a confirmed email, and be verified.

You can link an existing sandbox account by clicking on "Link other sandbox accounts to this developer account"

  • Log into your sandbox account
  • Click Link

You can change your sandbox account email (Any sandbox account that you create through the Developer Dashboard will automatically have a confirmed email)

  • Click on Testing Tools
  • Click Sandbox accounts
  • Click on the new Sandbox Account you created
  • Click Change email
  • Input a new email
  • Click on Change password
  • Update the password

Once the account is linked to your Developer Dashboard, you can view any email notifications.

  • Click on Testing Tools
  • Click Sandbox Notifications

You can then resend the email notification, and you will receive it in the Developer Dashboard.
