Looking to collect the billing and shipping addresses on my sandbox account to test an integration with my checkout flow.

I understand that must be done by support, so if this is the proper place to ask, please help!

are already enabled to receive Billing Addresses.

Thank you for contributing to this post. I noticed that GNKM8UEW87JU4 is a personal account. In order to enable the Require Billing Address setting on the PayPal Account, it needs to be a business account. Can you please provide the Business Sandbox Account merchant id, and we will enable this feature.

Good day!

Please follow the below steps to upgrade from a Personal account to a Business account:

Go to Settings.
Click Upgrade to a Business account.
Enter all of the information and follow the steps on screen.

Once done, please update here with your Business Sandbox Account merchant id or email address, we will enable the feature.

My account is already a business account. It is under alex at skurvishenterprises dot com The link to the business account merchant ID you provided above points to my main merchant ID, is that the one you want?

Hi @skurvish,

Since this request is for a sandbox account, please provide the merchant ID of your PayPal Sandbox Business account.

The reported GNKM8UEW87JU4 is linked to a personal sandbox account, we can't enable this feature "PayPal Billing Address" for personal type account.

I would suggest that please follow the below steps via your sandbox GNKM8UEW87JU4 account and upgrade to business type.

1. Login to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/

2. Go to Settings (https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/)

3. Click Upgrade to a Business account.

4. Enter all of the information and follow the steps on screen.

Or, you can also create a new business type sandbox account https://developer.paypal.com/tools/sandbox/accounts/#link-createandmanagesandboxaccounts
