Enable PayPal Phone Number Request on sandbox account

I am doing an integration between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Paypal, This integration requires enable retrieve customers phone number. 

I would like to have this configuration in my sandbox for testing

My sandbox account id is: ZR2Y75ATMGXAG

Hi @pranavtryzens 

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Community.

Per your request, I have enabled the setting in your sandbox account: ZR2Y75ATMGXAG

When you are ready to enable the setting in live, here are the steps:

• Log into your live PayPal Account at https://paypal.com
• Hover over your Name
• Click Account Settings
• Click on Website payments
• Click Update next to Website preferences
• Scroll down to Contact telephone number
• Click "On (required field)"

Settings save automatically

My cardholder says it's due to you & Google that they're declining pymnt.Ots my bloody money,was advised by Comercia to wait til 5:11pm today.I waited till 5:37 for my 1st try,so now the decline is being blamed on PayPal as they're not holding my money.HELP

Hello, I have set it up according to your instructions, but in the sandbox environment, I still can't get the required information. ( phone_number ).

and I dont know which is  "my sandbox account", I only find this info sb-ydgob32332067#business.example.com   from the  https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/accounts

You need to click on the top right corner.

There is a switch between Sandbox and Live account.

On https://developer.paypal.com/home/
