How do I access the test account I just created?

I created two test accounts (business, personal) in my developer.paypal account.
When I try to log into either test account, the error I always get is: Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again.
I researched this and found this from Paypal:
Here's how:
- Log in to your PayPal Developer account.
- Click Dashboard.
- Click Accounts under Sandbox.
- Click the email address of the business account you specified in your application.
- Click Profile.
- Click Profile on the Account details page.
Note: The default password is "11111111." However, you can click Change Password to set a different password for this account. - Check the box next to the business account whose credentials you're checking, then click Enter Sandbox site.
- Log in to that Sandbox business account.
However, "the box next to the business account" is for deleting the account. There is nothing that says "Enter Sandbox site"
Any help that doesn't send me in circles would be appreciated.

Hello,
In order to login to any sandbox account, you need to go to the sandbox site which is available at "https://www.sandbox.paypal.com".
You ues the email address and password for your sandbox account to login at that site.
