How to test Pay in 3 within Sandbox

I'm trying to test a "Pay In 3" transaction within the Sandbox but it insists on using a Debit Card.

I've tried with some static Debit Card details found online but it says they have already been used.

There is a card number generator but that seems to only generate CREDIT card numbers.

Where can I find/generate an unused Debit Card to do my testing?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Community.

There is a way to create a Test card that is a debit card, if you chose the option for Maestro and the country of United Kingdom.

Here are the steps:

Log into the developer dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com

• Create a UK Personal Account if you do not already have one
• To change the Personal account password (you will need this later)
  
  • Click on testing tools
  • Click on Sandbox accounts
  • Click on the sandbox email
  • Click change password
• After its created in the Developer Dashboard scroll down and click on Credit Card generator
• Choose Maestro as the card type and the country United Kingdom
• Click Generate Card

Add the card to the personal account:

• Go to https://sandbox.paypal.com
• Log into the newly created personal account
• Click Link Card or Bank
• Click Link Credit or Debit Card
• Choose Maestro as the card type
• Fill in the information from the Credit Card Generator
• Click Link Card

You should be able to test Pay in 3 with the UK personal account.
