Hi - I'm trying to set up an IPN for a customer and am not getting the IPN back to my website. I checked the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) history but saw that the 'Feature is not currently available, which is hindering my troubleshooting.
Is there an ETA for this fix and does anyone know if this problem is also preventing the IPNs from being sent?
Thanks - Rick

Please share the merchant id from your sandbox account so I can review it.
Details on how to retrieve the merchant id for a sandbox account can be found in the thread pinned to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".
Thanks !

Hi - Thanks for the response! The account ID is 5BG9YJ9X7L83S.
Also, I tried the IPN Simulator with
- IPN handler URL=https://thedirectorsroom.com/update_account
- Transaction type=Cart Checkout
- All other settings left at default values
and rec'd: IPN was not sent, and the handshake was not verified. Review your information.
Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks for sharing the merchant id from your sandbox account.
I've checked this sandbox account and IPN is not enabled at a profile / account level and the account has not processed any transactions since it was setup on the 14th September.
1. Login to the account and enable the profile / account based IPN listener by adding an IPN URL.

2. Once the IPN URL has been added, send a payment to the account, using the "send money" feature is probably the easiest method to generate a transaction to the account which should in turn generate an IPN.
Account Home > Pay & Get Paid > Send Money
3. Once the transaction has been completed, login to the account again and check the IPN history section of the account and after a minute or so, you should see an IPN being created / dispatched.

Click on the value in the "message id" column to view the IPN payload data.
Thanks !
