QuickBooks-PayPal Integration

I have used PayPal and  Quickbooks for years. I would receive daily notifications of QuickBooks/PayPal Integration. This suddenly stopped in May and I can't figure out what is wrong. I haven't changed anything on either account.

Are you using Quickbooks Online or Desktop?

Desktop has never had integration (I wish) but I think Online does? Maybe they just stopped pushing it or a recent update in Quickbooks may be blocking the notification?

Same here. In your Paypal access settings, what does it say is being shared with the Intuit Quickbooks vendor? Mine says "Nothing." I have another bank connected and it says "Get transaction history, Store credentials, Get realtime balance", which I think is what it should say for Intuit Quickbooks too.

I don't have the answer to what's causing this or how to fix it but I'm on the hunt! The access settings I mentioned is at  top right, My Account, Account Access, Login with Paypal. My theory is that something is causing the sharing settings to change to "Nothing" in Paypal, and then Paypal isn't sending information over.
