Sandbox failures and E2E testing

Hello.

I'm having some issues with the sandbox while testing my app. It is doing some flaky tests due to sometimes being down or today, for example, I'm making the login, but again, it is showing me the log in form. I checked locally If I fill again the login form, it works. So, my question is: do you have a docker for the sandbox? Or can you provide me the mock that I need for the process?

Thanks in advance

Good day @gersanco

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I tried to recreate the issue that you are facing and I'm able to log in to sandbox. To assist you further, I kindly request that you perform the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser: This will help remove any temporary data that may be causing login issues. You can usually find this option in your browser's settings or preferences.

2. Try using different browsers: Sometimes, certain browser settings or extensions can interfere with the functionality of a website. By trying different browsers, you can determine if the issue is specific to one browser or if it persists across multiple browsers.

3. Access the website in private/safe mode: This will disable any third-party applications or extensions that may be causing conflicts. By accessing the website in private/safe mode, you can identify if any external factors are contributing to the problem.

If you're still facing issues, please create an MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detailed information and error details.

Sincerely,

Vaishnavi

Hello,

Thanks for your answer but, the thing is that now works, but tomorrow may not work well maybe it is down, or maybe took longer to make the login who knows, which can cause my E2E to fail. So my question is, there is a docker or if you can provide a mock to avoid these flaky tests?

Thanks in advance.

we notice the same issue with our E2E tests or when we purchase a product manually using the paypal sandbox:

unfortunately i cannot create a MTS ticket as our sandbox account cannot access the ticket system because it's only a sandbox account...

@vaishnavib So maybe, you can support us with the given info from me or let me know whom to contact for such technical support request?

our E2E tests are very important and it is important that the paypal sandbox works fine and so far this issue i've mentioned is quite new... i would say we saw the 'something does not work' message the first time 2 weeks ago and since then it's occurs more often day by day.

Thanks in advance,
