Hoping I can get some help with this question. I am trying to set up a paypal webhook for recurring payments or donations. From what I have searched so far the PAYMENT.SALE.COMPLETED event seems to be the correct webhook for this. However, when I try to create a mock recurring payment using the personal sandbox account to the business sandbox account and look then try looking at the webhook events in the developer account, I see nothing. But when I click into the notifications tab under Sandbox, I can see the recurring payment with subject: You sent an automatic payment to Test Store, but this is not the triggering the webhook event.
I have a Lambda function being triggered by the webhook and set up the API Gateway endpoint link for the webhook URL.
Any help will be greatly appreciated been stuck on this for a few days and the documentation isn't very helpful 😕
