Where is account information?

I am looking for some things in my PayPal account. I have created a developer account, and 2 Sandbox accounts (a facilitator and a buyer). I have also generated 3 credit card fakes for testing.

I have looked all over the dashboard after I log in as the developer.

1) Where can I see the Sandbox account balance, i.e. the amount of money received in orders?

2) When transactions fail (PayPal cannot process your transaction, please contact the merchant and pay another way) is there a log of Sandbox transactions and success/failure messages?

3) Where can I change the developer account attributes? For example, I want to change the Store name.

You would need to login to your Sandbox seller or business account to see your details.   You start with setting up your Sandbox Account and then you create both a seller and customer or buyer account.  The seller account would have the info you're looking for.   I'm not sure about a log per say but, there is details in the Sandbox email notifications and customer or buyer account activity section.   As for changing the store name, I believe that's also part of the Sandbox seller account profile setup.
