Hello.
I've seen several post in regards to this issue. But they don't solve my setup.
Paypal has worked with 0 problems until the past week.
| Not ALL orders are doing this. Only every now and then - atleast 1 out of 10.
Order status states: "Payment via Pay with Paypal. Customer IP:xxxxxxx"
When I go to my account to check transactions,there is NO such transaction from that person.
I've double checked all my PayPal info. I have it setup correctly.
Thanks all. Hope I can find out why..... just to atleast understand.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.
Please cross-check your PayPal Business account and make sure it is verified and confirmed without any account limitations.
Also, please try to process a test payment using a card that is not associated with your PayPal Account, since merchants can't process self-payments.
Merchants should first perform the Create Order API( https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#orders_create) call and then redirect the customer/buyer to the "approve" URL.
Once the order is approved by the customer/buyer, the merchant should perform CaptureOrder ( https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#orders_capture) API call and the customer/buyer should pass the valid funding source.
Third-party eCommerce develops its modules/plugins. To resolve the pending status in your WooCommerce account, I recommend contacting the WooCommerce support team for further assistance with this issue.
If you still facing the issue, please create an MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detailed information and error details.

Well...stumps me. I have had Paypal for 10+ years and this just began this past month.
Some research that I have done shows that its happening with people who log in to their account.
People who order as a"guest" aren't having this issue.
