why I can't delete my sandbox account? help

 

I create two business account in sandbox. But later I found I cannot delete them. 

The reason given by system as follow:

Cannot delete this Sandbox account. Sandbox app(s) are associated with this account. Debug ID: 1be46ce33a1f2.

Hi @godisotaku 

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community. I can manually delete your sandbox accounts from your developer account. As long as these sandbox accounts are not the default buyer and seller (facilitator) accounts, I will be able to delete them. I need your sandbox account ids.

Here is how to get them:

  • Log into the Developer Dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
  • Click on Testing Tools
  • Click Sandbox Accounts
  • Click on your sandbox account
  • Scroll down to Sandbox account info
  • You should see the Account ID
