A charge of over a thousand dollars has to be disputed

There has been a charge on my account for some time now....I spoke with my bank and they said they took care of it....its over a thousand dollars which I did not purchase....

I understand that you want to dispute the unauthorized charge in your PayPal account. No worries! PayPal protection policy covers the confirmed unauthorized charges. You can always report the charges in the resolution center of your PayPal account. Before disputing the charge, did you see if this charge could be from a subscription/billing agreement you've set up in the past?
