Account Hacked! Please help

My account got hacked and I could not login anymore. The hacker turned on 2 step verification for himself. I cannot get into my account. Please help ASAP

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Hi, I managed to contact with PayPal and they issued a refund right away while enabling me to reset my own password. They removed the 2FA from the hacker and allowed me to create a new one. I have access to my account now. Thank you so much for replying to my question. Much appreciated.
