Account restricted and vendor information

My account is restricted and Paypal asks me for vendor information, although I am not a vendor. I think it's because someone sent me money chosing the option as if he made a purchase rather than sending money to relatives. So I don't know how to solve the issue. I don't have any "purchase receipt" nor "proof of fulfillment" to provide Paypal.

Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
