Account was hacked and a business account set up last night that is not mine

Someone changed my PayPal account last night without my knowledge. I don’t know this person and did not authorize any changes. They created a business account under a different name. I don’t see transactions, but I can’t delete this person or the business account he created under my PayPal account. I have messaged, emailed and have been on hold with PayPal nearly 3 hours with no response. How do I get this person off my account and delete this fake business account? Freaking out over here

This has literally just happened to me, I can't seem to contact paypal at all either, no transactions and can't close the business account. Did you get a solution?

I'm sorry to hear that you have had unauthorized account access and that your accounts were upgraded into business accounts. If you're able to log into your account, please report the unauthorized activity through our Resolution Center. You should be prompted to reset your password and security questions during the process. If you are unable to log into your account, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal. Our Customer Support will also be able to help you with downgrading your PayPal account.

Your resolution center is garbage.
It doesn't allow for you to flag specific types of transactions. 

Excited to discuss with my law firm on Monday my next steps on suing your company.

Same thing just happened to me... and PP won't allow me to close the account!!!  so frustrating!!!
