I ignored them at first but because those attempts weren't made by me. But when I attempted to log into PayPal, I got the same security code from the same [removed].
Anyone else get these?

I have gotten 3 now. I ignored the first couple but now I am wondering what is going on. I can't find any answers on PayPal.

Hello @toksong1245, @DellingsShadow, & @KimmieCrye31,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've received some unexpected security codes recently. Just to be on the safe side, I normally recommend logging into your PayPal account and updating your password and potentially your email address. Hopefully, by changing your login credentials, those unexpected codes will stop being sent to your mobile phone.
I hope that helps!

I'm getting a security code text because someone is actively clicking on "Log in with one-time code". This allows a user to completely bypass password and 2 factor authentication.
This form of login is not very secure as it doesn't follow 2 factor authentication protocols. Why can't I disable this feature?

Let me elaborate, since this feature really isn't affected by the complexity of your password, changing it is pretty moot. I could change it a dozen times but once a bot clicks that link, PayPal will automatically send a text to my phone number.
Again, this is not very secure and as a bank, PayPal should NEVER have deployed this feature.
And why is the company name getting replaced by ->[removed]<- ?

I am getting 2 to 3 a day. My fault for trying the code logon option that just appeared on the logon screen. I hope it's a software bug at paypal. Been happening for a week now. I stopped using the code option to logon but it still happens.
