Banned for no reason? And I want my cards released

I was permanently banned today. Absolutely no idea why. I use it for mainly subscriptions. Recent transactions are Apple, Netflix, Washington Post, Daily Beast. 

I bought a shirt for a charity.

That's it. I don't sell anything.

But, I'm banned. And Paypal will not let me remove my credit and debit card from the account. In case they need them? For what? I also have no open disputes.

This can hardly be okay. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I don't care if I ever use Paypal again but they cannot and should not be holding my cards hostage.

This exact thing happened to me also. I'm thinking it's the glitch. I literally only use this to transfer money between friends, and I bout a movie a week ago on Vudu. I have no emails from paypal, no notifications, no messages, nothing. So they banned me and didn't tell me why. I've been on hold over 30 minutes and I'm thinking this must be a glitch of some kind because their Customer service lines are tied up.

They won’t tell you why you are banned. They just tell you they won’t help you. Really bad. I’m going to our Attorney General tomorrow

We are having the exact same problem and they will not release the money for 180 days.
