Can resolution to a case be disputed?

Pay Pad denied a dispute stating that the items I received were as the seller described even the ones that I received were far too small for me to wear.  Do I still have any any recourse.  I cannot open any dispute through Pay Pal.

Items have to be significantly other than as described for you to win a dispute.

So you ordered clothing and that is what you received so any issue with size or quality would be between you and the seller.

Do you have a small claims court in your country you can resort to? Although to be honest a seller would only have to accept a return if the items were mis-described and sizing is very fluid, sellers should always put exact measurements on their website to if the seller did that you may not be in luck.
