Can't contact anyone about the limitation

Hi,

 

I opened my account a few weeks ago and I haven't even made a transfer of £100 in total. But now, my account has been limited. I don't know why it happened. It only says: "We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement"

 

I cannot contact anyone from PayPal, I cannot upload any documents. I don't see any steps in the Resolution Centre. and I didn't received any email from PayPal.  

 

I can't even contact with customer service. I write during business hours but It says: "All our agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours."

 

I only have the Reference ID about my limitation. Can you please help?

But there are no steps in the resolution center. it just says my account is unavailable. So your reply doesn't help to me. Can you help in a different way please?

Can Paypal close my account without giving any reason, without contacting me?

They close my account without giving me any information and keep the money in it for 6 months.

 

I can't contact anyone from PayPal even though I've emailed many times and tried to connect to the customer representative every day.

 

Is this the way paypal works? I was greatly disappointed.
