I wrote to cancel a membership payment to Findmypast before the membership began - they did not reply to my emails. I asked Paypal to cancel the payment, which they did. I then find a payment was made by Paypal to another company, MyHeritage. The first company denied any connection to the second company, so how could PayPal send that company my money? PayPal have closed the dispute with no explanation! What do I do next?
