Change case type

I have an open case about an item not being not as described, i asked for some money back as i could fix the item myself. But at first the company told me to send it back and get a refund, but after this decision came from Paypal they sent me an email and told me to save money and time from both of us they'd refund me a part of the product. Now the case is already marked as waiting for items to get a refund, how can i change it back? I tried contacting paypal but couldn't do that either.
