Charge on Dashboard ,Paypal say they can't see

Transaction on my Dashboard, when I try to dispute, PayPal says they can't see any recent transactions to dispute.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Sorry to hear you're running into some issues opening a dispute. Depending on the type of transaction, only certain dispute types may be available. If the transaction hasn't completed yet, a dispute may not be available yet at all. If the transaction is a purchase for goods / services and the transaction has completed - and you're still not able to open a dispute - please reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
