Charges to my personal account but non existent in my PayPal history

Hello, I have been charged for two separate transactions on my bank account through PayPal however they are not in my PayPal history so I cannot dispute it properly. How do I report fraud in the case where there is no transaction to report it on? (I did dispute the most recent purchase to try and get it resolved and was denied)

Report it to your bank. Your bank will contact PayPal who will open a case at the recipient’s PayPal account.
