Does Buyer Protection cover a service from a person

Does Buyer Protection cover a service I buy from a person. I pay in advance for a yacht charter but not by a company but a person, the yacht owner?

Our buyer protection policy does cover services so you would be protected however I would recommend reading our buyer protection policy for your country just in case. You can read it here.

Hi, i would like to know if Paypal can act as a guarantor between buyer and the seller, receiving the money and paying it to seller only when goods are received. I want to buy two concert's ticket from a person, in Italy, and if he is a scammer, i want the money not reach to him. I don't want refunds, i want payment reversed
