Door dash fraudulent activity with my paypal account and paypal won't help get my money back

Okay so someone used door dash to charge my paypal $90.71 at 1:05 am in California for a Lynnell [removed] (I live in Tennessee never even been to California) and on the same date at 1:10am charged $115.?? Same name different address but in California still. It says it was preauthorized. I contacted door dash whom could not locate the transactions at all and told me to contact paypal file a dispute and tell them that door dash will confirm the fraudulent activity so I may get my money back. I did so and paypal denied my dispute/claim stating it was preauthorized and therefore not covered. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
