FB Marketplace family/friends invoice

Hello, I wanted to buy some stuff over marketplace from America. The person sent me an invoice and i didn't realise it was family/friends. Now they aren't replying me and then asked me for money i said no i want a refund. I have confirmed on another FB group that this person is a scammer. Is there anything i can do? I have all the Facebook messages.

If they sent you an INVOICE then that is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services one.

OR did you mean that they sent you a personal paypal.me link?

They asked for my paypal email and when I logged in the invoice was there and I paid it.
