To cancel an order, typically a customer needs to contact the merchant directly. If you haven't contacted them yet, please do so as sometimes this can be an easy way to cancel the order. If the merchant is unresponsive or does not cooperate, you may look into filing a PayPal dispute. That's when PayPal will help facilitate a conversation between you and the seller, or will step in to make a decision. If the payment is still pending and you see options to adjust it, you can try to cancel the transaction. Note, a Completed transaction cannot be cancelled but it can be disputed if it was for Goods & Services. It can be tough to spot a scam these days.
