Giveaway real or Fake?

so i have supposedly won a giveaway of 5000 dollars, but i supposedly need to have 100 in my account and pay some kind of fee, and only after paying a fee i can get the money, but i have only gotten an email and it does not show that the payment of 5000 is pending on paypal, anyone care to help me understand if it is real or a spoof

Scam. You’ll pay the free but no $5k. So they would scam you of $100.
