HELP! My account is still limiting me after my limitations have been lifted.

My account has been limited, I’m not sure what I did wrong but I have been trying to resolve the issue. I got an email that my limitations have been lifted but when I go to my account and try to put a card on it still says there is a problem with my account. How can I get my account fully back?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I did all the things listed in this answer.  PP sent me a letter from their security team with a code.  I called them back and spoke with a rep . I gave him the code.  The assured me everything was of, and I could use my PP credit from Synchgrony bank.  I only wanted to update my SKYPE credit, However, even after all this, My skype Credit does not work?
