Hello, I woke up this morning to PayPal asking me to verify my identity. I tried to identify but it didn't let me. After a while, I looked at my emails and I saw that someone logged into my account and changed it into business. I do not know this person, but they added their home address, their phone number, and their bank info under my name. At this point, I'm not sure what to do, so the most possible thing I want to do is delete my account.
Please help me out

I'm sorry to hear that someone else has logged into your PayPal account and added their information. You can report the unauthorized activity by following the steps on our Help Center here. I also recommend resetting your password and security questions right away. I understand wanting to close your PayPal account, but you'll want to report the activity first. To add a second layer of security to your PayPal account, I suggest setting up 2-Step Verification. For assistance restoring the information on your account, please contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. You can also reach Support by sending a Direct Message on Twitter or a Private Message on Facebook.

I have tried all that but customer service is just a bot and I've tried Twitter, etc. I'm getting frustrated, I really don't know what to do. I want to close the account but I can't close it because the person that was adding their business didn't even add their details about the business.

I apologize for the frustration caused when contacting Customer Support. When you first reach out to Customer Support, you may encounter one of our friendly automated assistants. You will want to work through the prompts until you're presented with the option to speak with an agent. If you're unable to log into your PayPal account, it may help to follow this path to reach an agent. Navigate to PayPal.com, then select 'Contact' at the bottom of the page. Next, select Password and Account Access. On the next page, select Login Problems. Then, you can scroll down to review the logged-out contact options.
