Not only do I have the same issue, unauthorized transactions from PayPal to my bank account, I also want to know if there is a way I can find out the name of the person responsible

The link took me to a page where I had a few options to choose from, but none addressed my issue. Someone used my debit card information on their PayPal account. This is a debit card provided by my bank and not a PayPal debit card. I need to know if there is a way to find out what account it was sent from because on my bank statement it simply says "PayPal" and no other information given. I plan to press charges and can't press charges on PayPal. I need to know a name as well as have my money returned

Thanks for clarifying that, @Temp20220615B

I know situations like this can be scary, and I want to ensure I guide you in the right direction. It sounds like your card number was compromised and used on our platform to complete a payment. When that happens, you won't have the option to dispute the charge through your PayPal account, but you can contact our Customer Support team for this to be further investigated. If you haven't already done so, please report that the card has been compromised to your financial institution directly as well.

I hope this is resolved for you soon.
