I am the victim of a fraud/malware scam but PayPal refuses to refund me

I am the victim of a fraud/malware scam. Somebody hacked into my phone and sent money to a person by the name of "Summer [Removed]". I opened a dispute with PayPal but PayPal is refusing to refund the 3 transactions that were made without my knowledge or consent.
All they said was,
"Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection."
The Case ID is PP-R-BJQ-477034595.
Can somebody help me? I don't know what to do.
